Formally known as the Agency of State Technology (AST), DST is a division of the Department of Management Services responsible for the support and maintenance of the state’s Information technology Data Center.

Project Manager/ PMO Manager

Developed and implemented a formal Project Management Office methodology including tools, templates and processes designed to manage projects for AST. Successfully managed the migration of several agency’s hardware to the AST datacenter in 2013 and 2014. Designed/Implemented a SharePoint PMO project dashboard and assisted in its conversion to Smartsheet.  Served as Project Manager for the implementation of Cherwell for AST, AHCA and DOR, and other enterprise projects including the vxBlock migration, Isilon implementation and the ongoing management of Disaster Recovery Exercises for 14 customer agencies.
